INVENTORY CHECK IN
Our inventory reports are easy to read with no jargon and full access to online photo set. Every fixture, fitting and item is added into our reports with an accurate description. The report will then be sent straight to your inbox within 48 hours. We also provide a Check in service, this entails meeting and greeting the tenant at the property after we have finished composing the inventory. We will show them where meters, fuse boxes, giving them a good feel and welcome to their new home, any questions they may have we can try to deal with or point them in the right direction. We then detail and sign over keys to them ready to move in to their new home.
CHECK OUT
We provide high quality in depth check out reports with full access to online photo set. Every fixture, fitting and item is checked against the inventory and any damage, marks/scuffs, maintenance issues or missing items are highlighted within the report accompanied with photos. The report will then be sent straight to your inbox within 48 hours.
MID TERM INSPECTION
A Mid Term Inspection report is basically a health check of your property during the tenancy, this in some cases is usually done every 3 to 6 months but can be scheduled as and when needed. The report will highlight any maintenance issues, signs or sub-letting, any evidence of pets or smoking and general cleanliness. We will contact the tenant direct and schedule a convenient time so we can come over and compile our report. Our report will be accompanied with photos of our findings and be ready within 48 hours.
COMMERCIAL
All commercial properties are different in their own way and here at Bluebell Property Partners we are happy to accommodate all. A full inventory will be complied of the property very similar to our residential reports. Depending on size, reports are usually ready within 48 hours.
NEW BUILD PROPERTY SNAGGING
We are currently working with some of the largest property builders which we provide independent professional snagging reports for. So if you have a large block or site that is currently being developed or near completion and need a snagging report compiled please contact us and one of our representatives can book an appointment for a free quotation. Our reports will detail any imperfections within the buildings including communal areas if needed, everything will be detailed in our report accompanied with full access to online photo set which then can be handed to the site foremen to rectify.
